DTF (Direct-to-Film) Prints are a modern printing method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure. This technique is gaining popularity due to its versatility and high-quality results.

How DTF Printing Works:
- Design Printing – The artwork is printed in reverse on a special PET film using a printer with CMYK and white inks.
- Adhesive Application – A powder adhesive is applied to the wet ink on the film.
- Curing – The film is heated to melt and activate the adhesive, making it ready for transfer.
- Heat Press Transfer – The film is placed on the fabric and pressed with heat and pressure to transfer the design.
- Peeling & Finishing – The film is peeled away, leaving a vibrant, flexible, and durable print on the fabric.
Benefits of DTF Printing:
✅ Works on Various Fabrics – Unlike sublimation (which requires polyester), DTF can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, and even darker fabrics.
✅ Vibrant & Detailed Prints – High-resolution images with bright colors and fine details.
✅ Soft & Flexible Feel – Unlike some heat transfer methods, DTF prints are soft and stretchable.
✅ Durable & Wash-Resistant – Holds up well after multiple washes.
✅ No Weeding Needed – Unlike vinyl, you don’t have to manually remove excess material.
DTF prints are an excellent option for custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel.
